TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — Law enforcement officers say an employee at a Spanaway marijuana store shot two suspected robbers throughout a holdup earlier this week.

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department mentioned deputies have been referred to as to the hashish store for a theft report about 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, The News Tribune reported.

The store workers informed the deputies that 4 or 5 males held them at gunpoint whereas stealing money and marijuana. The sheriff’s division mentioned that at one level throughout the theft, an employee retrieved a gun and shot on the suspects, who fled.

A short while later, two 19-year-old males confirmed up at a close-by hospital looking for therapy for gunshot wounds. The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department mentioned each have been arrested on suspicion of first-degree theft after they have been launched from the hospital.
