Newly shaped holding firm Pacific Consolidated Holdings introduced on Oct. 28 the merger of alcohol retailer Saucey and hashish vendor Emjay.
Both firms are primarily based within the Los Angeles space and supply app-based supply service.
Saucey co-founders Chris Vaughan and Daniel Leeb shaped the holding firm in partnership with Beverly Hills funding agency The Inception Companies.
According to the corporate, Pacific Consolidated Holdings will give attention to scaling up “best-in-class vertically integrated vice platforms, with a focus on ecommerce, delivery logistics and cross-industry behavioral insights.”
