IONIA — After a number of tweaks to the proposed adult-use marijuana ordinance, the Ionia Planning Commission is about to deliver it to the public for evaluate.
The Planning Commission at its assembly final Wednesday scheduled a public hearing on the draft opt-in ordinance for 4:30 p.m. Nov. 12 — a Thursday on account of Veterans Day versus the fee’s normal Wednesday assembly day.
Adult use of marijuana was previously often known as leisure use.
