Jamaica is making it simpler for its small enterprise house owners and farmers to enter the hashish business.

The Cannabis Licensing Authority of Jamaica (CLA) introduced in late June that its particular allow coverage is in an advance stage of completion and consultations with events have begun.

The purpose of the CLA is to decrease business boundaries by granting a “low-cost” two-year cultivation allow to small farmers so as to assist them transition to licensed growers.

For the particular allow, the CLA is proposing that each one charges shall be fifty p.c (50%) lower than the present charge for a cultivator’s (Tier 1) licence.
