As many companies battle via the COVID-19 pandemic, one enterprise proprietor in Spenard stated she is doing higher than ever. MoMo’s Bakery makes marijuana edibles which are bought to Alaska hashish companies. Owner Maureen Eberhardt stated that in current months, their gross sales have practically doubled.

“It’s amazing because here it’s not even the tourist season and we are making record. Every week has been a record,” she stated.

Eberhardt stated she is grateful that hashish companies have been deemed “essential” in the course of the pandemic and didn’t need to shut down. She attributed excessive gross sales in half to people who find themselves anxious and on the lookout for a method to loosen up.
